My First Impressions Out Of The Box

The moment I picked up the sauté pan, I knew something was exceptionally different about this cookware.

My Results With Waterless Cooking

Pro Tips: How to Get the Best Results With Stainless Steel
- Preheat your pan on low for 5 to 10 minutes before adding food. You want the surface warm enough to create a natural barrier, not screaming hot.
- Do the water test. To tell when your pan is hot enough to prevent sticking, splash a little water on the cooking surface. If it quickly beads and evaporates, you’re good to go.
- Avoid high heat unless you’re searing. These pans shine at low to medium temperatures. You’ll get better results and avoid burning.
- Let your food release naturally. If it’s sticking, it’s not ready to flip. Give it another minute, and it’ll lift right off.
- Cleaning is easier than you think: soak briefly if needed, then wipe with a non-abrasive sponge or a little baking soda. Skip harsh scrubbers.
- Polish with a soft towel for that signature 360 shine. It takes 10 seconds and keeps your pans looking brand new.

After months of testing, two pieces rose to the top really quickly:

The Added Slow Cooker Setup (With A Minor Note of Caution)

The included slow cooker base for the casserole and stockpot was a nice added bonus because finding a truly nontoxic slow cooker without lead, BPA, PTFE, or PFOA is almost impossible these days.
I used the 6-quart stockpot to make a chuck roast, and the results were everything I’d hoped for: fall-apart tender and full of flavor. The slow cooker base would also be great for keeping dishes warm during a buffet or holiday dinner.
That said, there’s one thing to keep in mind: The pot doesn’t lock onto the base, and the base gets hot during use. If you have small children or curious pets who might jump onto the counter, it’s best to keep a close eye while it’s running.
Both the casserole dish and stockpot work beautifully for slow cooking in the oven, too. I especially love how lightweight they are, making it much easier and safer to lift hot pots in and out of the oven without straining.
Yes, they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY (but it’s not a free-for-all)
While 360’s lifetime warranty is impressively generous, it’s not a free-for-all (no lifetime warranties should be!).
It covers defects in materials and workmanship forever, but be careful because harsh abrasives or unauthorized detergents can void it.
